The entire text of our general conditions of sale is an integral part of our offers or of any sales agreement concluded. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, the buyer is deemed to have taken cognizance of it and to have accepted all the clauses.

3. Order
On the site www.alucanvas.com you order through an order form.
You will receive an email copy of your request when you send us your request. The prices mentioned on the site and on this order form may no longer be valid.
Based on your request, we establish a pro-forma invoice within 72 hours with the current prices. The prices of the pro-forma invoice may therefore vary from the prices published on the site.
You have 7 calendar days to pay the pro-forma invoice. In the absence of payment on time, the order is cancelled.
4. Price
Prices can be changed at any time. The prices in force are those of the pro-forma invoices.
5. Payment
Payment is made in cash, unless otherwise stipulated by www.alucanvas.com.
In the event of non-payment, the amounts due are immediately increased by 15% and all collection costs are borne by the buyer.
6. Personal data
Personal data such as name, postal address and e-mail must be entered with each order, because www.alucanvas.com does not manage them.
They are stored digitally only to enable the dematerialization of the invoice, purchase order or pro-forma invoice. You can request to modify your data. Data of issued invoices can not be changed.
7. Satisfaction or refund
The buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the delivery of his order to return the standard item for exchange or refund, at the buyer's choice.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer, the seller committing to reimbursement of the order, with the exception of the return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund is made two weeks after receipt of the returned goods. The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition and with their original packaging. The return destination is: Pauwels Tape bvba, Brixtonlaan 25, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium. Any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the purchaser of the order.
Unlike a standard item, a custom-made item (bare frame or canvas, cut-out, etc.) is produced according to customer requests and is under no circumstances returned or refunded.
8. Deadlines, delivery, transport insurance
Delivery times are communicated without obligation.
The delivery of goods is made to the address provided by the customer. The transport of the goods is carried out by an independent carrier at the expense and risk of the purchaser. We are not responsible if the shipping company does not meet its commitments.
If you have provided an address that does not exist or if the postal code is incorrect, or if the vehicle of the transport company is not allowed the drive on your street, we will charge you the additional costs of the carrier. If the carrier returns your package to us, we will reship it as soon as you pay the new shipping costs.
Warehouse charges are due after one week.
Damages due to transport must be reported immediately within the 3 working days. Damaged packs must be reported instantly to the driver of the delivery company.
We advise you to take our optional transport insurance for large parcels when third parties deliver.
We always take a transport insurance when third parties deliver large parcels like frames above 250cm or canvas rolls of 310cm.
9. Tolerance
The frame measurements are measurements without canvas.
Although we make every effort to produce frames to the exact dimensions, the tolerance accepted when measuring a frame against the agreed one is a few millimeters. A shorter measurement can be corrected by spreading the profiles apart using our tensors.
10. Cookies
Like any interactive and dynamic site, we save data in session variables and cookies. We do not track your activity on the net. This doesn't mean that others don't.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes to which the sale could give rise are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels and the 1st canton. These conditions of sale apply from 02-May-2023. They cancel and replace all the previous ones.
